6 Days Live Via Zoom (48 hours) + 12 months support (on-demand)

All programs are conducted live via Zoom	You will receive your Zoom Meeting link 4 weeks prior to the course commencement date. Please register for the meeting when you receive this private link via your welcome email.
Start & Finish Time	10:00 am (sharp) - 6:30 pm each day (Sydney Australia Time, AEST)
Breaks	Lunch: 60mins and is approximately 1:45pm each day There will be 2 x 15min breaks throughout the day along with additional stretch breaks Due to the nature of this program being online, please establish your own self-care by hydrating regularly, snacking when you need, get some fresh air and stretch / move every 90mins.
