I’d like to share with you the two P's to success, not only in marketing, but also in life.
Now, these P's aren't like the technical ins and outs of marketing, but they are extremely important when it comes to your ability to create success in marketing, your business, and also your life.
The first P is all about priorities. And I bring that up because I remember when I first started with the business, I was doing a lot of busy work, they call it busy being busy, like, trying to figure out the perfect fonts for the business card or what colour the banners should be for our pull up banners, but things that were really urgent, but not really important.
So, when it comes to priority, you need to realise in the totality of your business, marketing is 50% the success of your business, because 50% of your business relies on having customers come through the door, which is marketing.
What that also means, for many people, is that they need to focus on the thing they've been neglecting the most, which is their marketing, because that's the thing that'll give them more financial freedom, more impact, a successful business, more time freedom, quality of life, all of those things.
In order to set it as a priority, I recommend you block out time to focus on it.
So, the first P is all about priorities.
#2. Peer Group
The second P is all about peer group. So, peer group is who you hang around.
You may have heard that if you look at your five closest friends, you're really the average of them when it comes to, let's say, wealth, happiness, marketing knowledge, and if you're not hanging around people that know a lot about marketing, no wonder, perhaps, why you don't know much about marketing.
