Want to know how to change your life completely? Have you ever thought, “I want to change my life, but I don’t know where to start!” Well, we’ve been changing lives since 2009, and we’ve found that this method can surely help you to change your life radically!

21 years ago, I heard the late and great Dr Wayne Dyer (best-selling self-help author and expert life-changer) say this profound quote:

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”

But what does that really mean? Surely it's not that easy to change my life!

I was a bit sceptical, so I began to immerse myself in the teachings of all the "gurus" around the world on how to change my life for the better.

The reason why I did that is because I really wanted to know how to change my life around. Back then, I was massively overweight, I was taking medications and was buried in debt.

Thankfully, during all those teachings, I discovered this secret, which was a life-changer for me.

The secret to changing my life around was aligning my heart, my head and my hand.

All three must be in harmony for you to change your life forever. Let’s discuss them further.

Activate Your Purpose (Your Heart)

Your Heart imageThe first step on how to change your life is to activate your purpose. Everyone is so busy these days, it's no wonder they call it a "rat race". But if you spend all your time with your head down working, how will you able to see the bigger picture?

And if you never see the bigger picture, you're doomed to repeat your mistakes.

You can easily spend months, years (and an entire lifetime) caught up in the hustle and bustle of life.

If you don't know why you exist, it’s tough to work out what you want to do with your life. That’s why you need to find and live on purpose.

It gives you the direction and inspiration to create fast and lasting changes in your life.

But what if I don’t know my purpose? Then your purpose is to find your purpose. Your purpose is important because it ties into your vision, mission and goals.

You can start by sitting in a quiet space and tune into what you desire the most. It helps to ask these three questions:

  1. What does my IDEAL life look like in three years?
  2. What do I need to START doing more of now?
  3. What do I need to STOP doing now?

** A note for perfectionists! You don't have to know your purpose with 100% clarity. Most people are expecting a "love at first sight" when finding their purpose, but just like a relationship, this rarely happens in reality.

Something as simple as, "To do what I love and get paid for it", can be enough to start. Then you can refine it along the way.

2. Liberate Your Mind (Your Head)

It's hard to get to your destination with one foot on the brake. Most of us either have limiting beliefs or emotional baggage holding us back.

This can be anything from a subconscious belief of, "I don't deserve success" or, "Making money is hard work".

Even if we don't, we can't possibly be reaching our potential because the human mind is virtually limitless.

When we change the way we think, we change our lives.

When you awaken inside yourself the ability to think and feel differently, you free your mind from the potential blockages or belief systems you had in the past that aren’t true.

You also open the doorway to many possibilities in your career, health, finances and relationships.

3. Automate Your Productivity (Your Hand)

Automate Your Productivity imageThe final step on how to change your life is to automate your productivity. Most people can't make changes because they don't know how to implement them. They have great ideas, goals and intentions but they can't consistently take action to create lasting life changes.

It's usually because they need to learn how to stop procrastinating and develop habits that come naturally to them.

These are habits such as, "Doing The Worst First" - that hard, ugly task you've been avoiding but also is the single best return on your time.

Once you have developed habits, you need to create systems.

Systems are a life-changer because they are the way to a stress-free day.

Systems may not be sexy, but they are very successful. Wealthy people create systems, and the systems do the work.

In the business world, you hear this a lot: “Don’t work in your business, work on your business”.

However, very few people take time out of their life to work on their life.

The best system uses technology to do the heavy lifting for you. That's how you can get more done with a lot less stress and is the cornerstone of a complete time management system.

Creating changes can be easy, but it just takes a little time to figure out how to change your life around. "But I want to change my life now!", I hear you say. The good news is, by aligning the heart, head and hand, changes can happen sooner than you think.

Many people sit on the sidelines in the game of life. I respect you for being the 1% of people who put themselves out there and do something about it.
