Here is one of the best life decision quotes from Albert Einstein that will help you to improve your decision making.
I'm coming to you today all the way from the Einstein Tower in Berlin, Germany.
It's an observatory named after Albert Einstein - the world-renowned German physicist and also the creator of the most famous equation ever:
Today, I want to talk to you about one of Albert Einstein’s life choices quotes that you may not have heard before. Why? Because it will help you in making better decisions, and better decisions lead to better results.
A lot of you may not know, but in 1933, when the Nazis rose to power, Einstein was in the USA for a visit.
Since he was Jewish, he decided that he didn't want to come back to Germany. Instead, he sought citizenship in the USA.
Not only was Einstein a great physicist, but he was also a really great philosopher. So before I get to the main quote I'd like to share today, Einstein also had this great quote where he explained from a physical point of view that human beings are really trapped inside a kind of optical delusion of consciousness, which restricts us to our personal desires and only caring for people closest to us.
Therefore, Einstein says that “Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”
And I thought that was quite deep. But like I mentioned, that's not the quote for today though.
Albert Einstein's Method For Better Decision Making
One of the many great hard decision quotes out there that I wanted to share with you today is this:
"Not everything that counts can be counted."
Now, what does that mean?
When you're researching something or trying to make a decision, you've got a whole bunch of information and data. However, not everything that counts in your decision-making process can be counted.
It's not all about the data that you can write down and calculate and tabulate.
This is one of the best right decision quotes that has helped me out a lot. It helped me personally when I wanted to give up IT and change careers to start Authentic Education.
Sure, the money was a lot less. You can count money and I can plainly see back then that it didn’t stack up.
But not everything that counts can be counted.
So, having known this, I decided to start Authentic Education with my partner, Benjamin J Harvey.
Albert Einstein’s Quote For Better Decision Making – In Conclusion
Hopefully, this will help you make better decisions in your life when you've got big decisions to make or even small decisions about whether to purchase something.
Sure, everything has a price tag. but not everything that counts can be counted. What about the way it makes you feel in terms of compassion, love, etc. All of those things matter as well.
I hope that helps you out in the next small or big decision you have to make.
