The Question

Today I am coming to you live from a villa in middle of Seminyak in Bali.

Today I want to pose a question to you that has been very beneficial to my life and the lives of many clients. It’s actually one of my favourite questions I ever learned and have ever asked myself. Please grab a pen and jot this one down because it's going to change your life I guarantee it. The Question is:

What do I believe to be true that isn't?

Write down areas of your life like health, finances, relationships, business, career, family, partnership, the things you buy, the things you do. In each areas, ask yourself what do I believe to be true that isn't?

You might find that you believe that having a certain level of physique is the greatest achievement in that area of life... but find all of a sudden there are more levels and more plateaus that you can expand into.

What I like you to do as a result of this newsletter is to start looking at the beliefs you hold and the values you have. Because they really do determine the life you will live.

Start breaking down those beliefs and move beyond them. Try to escape the prison of your mind. Start seeing there is lot more out there, a lot of fulfillment waiting for you as soon as you move beyond your beliefs.

So ask yourself that question, jot down answers, and get really clear on what you want to expand on next and discover what’s possible deep inside yourself.
