I'm here at a place called Mount Meru, a volcanic crater in Tanzania.
Today's newsletter is about convincing yourself of things that are not true. This volcanic rock looks quite heavy but the funny thing about it is it's not what it seems. It's extremely light.
So quite often in life we convince ourselves of things that aren't real. So please ask yourself these 3 questions:
- What are some of the things I have convinced myself of?
- What are some of the things I tell myself regularly?
- What sort of reality have I created that's not actually the reality I want to be living in?
Realize that the things on your list may not be true. Because just like this volcanic rock, things aren't truly always what they seem.
Now you can make some more empowering decisions in your life, starting today.
