We use a freemium model, the same one Zoom, Spotify and Gmail use. We give a lot away upfront, and a small percentage of people who love the training ask us about our paid programs. That's it. Most people take the free course, get certified, and never spend a cent with us. That's completely fine, and it's the deal.

We've been running free live training since 2009 for that exact reason. It works because the training is real. If we gave you a watered down version, nobody would trust us with anything else

20 hours in total. 10 hours of live training across three sessions, plus 10 hours of online modules you complete in your own time.

The live sessions run approximately 3.5 hours each on Zoom. That's where you'll learn the core coaching framework and watch real coaching demonstrated, so you can see exactly how a session flows. The online modules you work through at your own pace, so you can fit them around whatever else your week holds.

We'd rather be upfront about that than pretend it's effortless. Coaching is a skill. Skills take practice.

No. We assume you're starting from zero, and we teach it that way

The course suits three groups:

1) If you're curious about coaching and wondering whether it's for you, this is a low-risk way to find out before investing in anything.
 
2) If you're a new coach who feels underprepared, this gives you a structure and a set of techniques you can use immediately.
 
3) And if you're already working with people in some capacity, as a therapist, practitioner, consultant, leader or manager, this gives you a coaching framework that sits alongside what you already do.

This course is delivered live and there isn't a recording available.

Coaching is learned by doing it in front of someone, being observed, and getting feedback in the moment. That can't be captured in a replay. If you can't make a session, you're welcome to join us for our next course date. 

It's 100% live. All three sessions are delivered live on Zoom, with real demonstrations, real people being coached in front of the group, and your questions answered as they come up.

I do understand the confusion though because many "free online courses" have parts or all of it pre-recorded.
